返ってきたダウンジャケットを見ると、中綿が片寄っていてスカスカしている部分とモコモコしている部分に分かれ、とても防寒としての性能がなくなっていました。
その後、直していただきたくご連絡差し上げましたが、とても機械的で謝罪の言葉は一切なし。
もう寒い時期になるのに、預けることと返ってきて直ってないことを何回も確認することになり、いつまで経っても着れません。
最初にお電話差し上げた時は、次直っていなければ弁償しますとおっしゃっておりましたが、その気はまるでなくメーカー(the north face)のせいにしたり、私のせいにしたり、謝らずにちゃんとやりましたの一点張り。
物のせいにするなら最初に確認すればいいのに、そんなことやってるクリーニング屋はないと言われました。
対応してくれている方のお名前も身分もわかりません。名乗ってもくれません。
こちらにクリーニングをお願いするのは本当にやめた方がいいと思います。
ダウン以外の物はわかりませんが、どんな状態になって返ってくるかわかりません。
