★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度別の病院で薬を処方してもらいましたが、熱はなく、喉と咳痰の症状が一進一退の状態だったので喘息を疑い受診しました。口コミの通り、院内は清潔でスタッフさんの対応もよく、先生も問診をしっかりしてくれますしお薬の説明もちゃんとしてくれます。質問もしやすいです。あと院内処方なので薬局に行かなくていいのもGOODです。また何かあればお願いしたいです。
2021.12月 受付にいらっしゃった、眼鏡の体格のよい女性の対応は微妙でした。忙しい時だったからか来院した方にも流れ作業的な対応。
電話で（恐らく処方薬でアレルギーが出た？）問合せの対応をしていましたが「それだとちょっとわからないので一回薬全部やめて様子見てもらっていいですか？！」
と先生に確認もしていませんでした。薬をやめる判断は間違ってないけどせめてカルテ見て先生に指示を仰ぐべきでは？

初診だったので、ネットからの予約だったと思いますが、症状や相談したいことを細かく記載したところ、看護師さんからお電話いただき、「うちではみれない」と言われました。
みれないならそれでもいいですが、でも、先生に直接ご相談する機会くらい与えてくれてもいいのに。。
これだけクチコミのいいクリニックなので、正直ガッカリでした。

前日の夜に初診予約をして行きました。
午後1番くらいの時間に行き、問診票を書いて10分もしないくらいで案内されました。
診察も親切、丁寧に受け答えしてくださり考えられる症状についても丁寧に説明してくれたので、とても安心できました。
現金のみでの対応なので、キャッシュレス生活の方は注意してください！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年も前から、風邪を引いたり季節の変わり目など様々な事がきっかけで重い咳が続き苦しく、今回は呼吸が出来なくなるほど苦しい発作があるので評判の良いこちらで前日の夜に予約して行きました。
当日は子連れだったのですが、朝一番で受付をし、待ち時間も殆どなく、受付の方や看護師さんが子供をあやしてくれたので、愚図る事なく会計まで終えることが出来たので非常に感謝しています。
また、先生もとても丁寧な診察で、喘息の種類や薬の効能も一つ一つ説明してくださり、長年悩まされていた原因が分かり安心しました。
とにかく皆さんお優しいので、本当に感謝しかありません。
