契約するまでは懇切丁寧で話を聞いているようであるが、契約が成立してからは、依頼したことが忘れられていることが多々。
契約前に打合せで依頼したことも失念されている。
また、完成してから、オーダーと違う施工箇所について聞くと、法律でできませんでした。柱があってできませんでした。話をしてませんでしたね。などなど。
一切の非を認めず、謝らない。
戻れない段階で、施主から問い合わせをして、返答するズルさを持っています。
先に伝えてほしいですよね。
自分がもう一度、施主になるなら、絶対に候補にはいれません。
時間が戻るなら、別の施工会社と契約をします。
