The nails connecting the zouri and the heel padding was poking my feet while I walked. I ended up taking the bloody padding along with the infuriating nails off with a coin. Otherwise, the place is good. Edit: Outstanding response from the facility! As stated before, great place other than the small mishap!

I went to rent a pair of shoes that I saw there and happens that they are not renting any because of COVID-19 (I was told by the staff). I find this absurd because does renting dresses is any way less dangerous than renting shoes? ?. Anyway, their webpage did not say this so I found it strange??‍♀️ .

Pick up on Friday afternoon and return on Sunday).
