ここの豆腐は、店舗内と道場にある
魚秀さんとたき屋さんが同居してる
ところでしか買えないみたいです。
私は魚秀さんとたき屋さんが同居してる建物で
たまたま見つけたので、
豆腐好きの人間として一度食べたいと
思ったので買いに行きました。
ちなみにスーパーには出荷されていないとの
ことです。
豆腐の味はまろやかな感じで
にがりの味もそれほどきつくなく、
大豆本来の味もしっかりしていているので
非常に食べやすい豆腐となっています。
