★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どの時間も混んでる 特に午後の16時から診察は、午前の予約客(午後の予約は午前中に来ないと出来ない、電話むり)でいっぱいになってる可能性がある、1～2時間待ちも当たり前なので辛い、逆に予約が終る18時からの時間帯の方が空いてるかも

Especially from 16:00 pm, the consultation may be full of morning reservations (you can't make an afternoon reservation unless you come in the morning, you can't make a phone call), wait for 1-2 hours. It's natural, so it's painful, but on the contrary, the time zone from 18:00 when the reservation ends may be more vacant.
