★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客様番号を間違えて振り込んだから料金受付センターに電話するとオペレーターに接続をしても自動応答だけでオペレーターにつながらないで5分位色々入力させられて自動で電話切れた。10円/20秒とか取られてるのに・・・電話をする際は料金受付センターじゃなく支店に直接電話するべき。というか、オペレーターにつなげよ・・・。
