★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園が川に面した高台にあり、3階相当の階段を登る展望台からは、松本市街と北アルプスなど、360度の素晴らしい景色を楽しめる。あいにく北アルプス方面は、雲が出ており、前衛の山しか見えなかったが、雲が無ければ、北アルプスが、乗鞍岳から白馬岳までの全貌が眺められる。美ヶ原方面は、バッチリ見えた。快晴の天候を狙ってまた訪れたい。
駅からはかなり離れていて坂を登って来なければならず、アクセスはよくないが、穴場の絶景スポット。夜に来れば、松本市街のきれいな夜景を楽しめると思われる。
The park is located on a hill facing the river, and you can enjoy a wonderful 360-degree view of Matsumoto city and the Northern Alps from the observatory that climbs the stairs equivalent to the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, there were clouds in the direction of the Northern Alps, and I could only see the avant-garde mountains, but without the clouds, I could see the entire view of the Northern Alps from Mt. Norikura to Mt. Shirouma. The direction of Utsukushigahara looked perfect. I want to visit again aiming for fine weather.
It's quite far from the station and you have to climb a hill, so it's not easy to access, but it's a spot with a spectacular view. If you come at night, you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Matsumoto city.

40分程ですが、ちょっとした登山気分を味わえてご褒美に綺麗な景色で癒されます。
I walked from Matsumoto station.
It takes about 40 minutes, but you can enjoy a little mountain climbing feeling and be healed by the beautiful scenery as a reward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『白線流し』ロケ地､城山公園付近の民家（長谷部優介宅）！この場所から見える松本市役所の屋上から『ファイト！優介』の看板を逆さに出してたんだなと思うと涙が出そうです！他にも松本城､松商学園､柳澤工機､新村駅､川久保踏切､中山台､松原中央公園､尾上の湯､あがたの森公園､筑摩神社､深志神社！私にとっての松本市は『白線流し』です！26年経った今も変わりません！
"Hakusen nagashi" location, private house near Shiroyama Park (Yusuke Hasebe's house)! From the rooftop of Matsumoto City Hall, which you can see from this place, "Fight! When I think that the signboard of "Yusuke" was put upside down, tears seem to come out! Besides, Matsumoto Castle, Matsusho Gakuen, Yanagisawa Koki, Niimura Station, Kawakubo Railroad, Nakayamadai, Matsubara Chuo Park, Onoe no Yu, Agatanomori Park, Tsukama Shrine, Fukashi Shrine! Matsumoto City for me is "Hakusen nagashi"! It's been 26 years and it's still the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論。写真目的なら、ここに訪れるのはありです！公園やそこまでの道のりは別として。
夜景も良さそう。星空もいけるのではと思える場所ですが、平和な場所なのかは判りませんが。
風景写真目的で松本へ。松本駅改札出て、西口側には槍ヶ岳や乗鞍側一望出来る様なっていましたのでそこから一望できそうな場所を探したところ、丁度良さそうな高さと鉄塔が見えたこちらの公園を訪れました。
松本駅から歩きで訪れましたが、通った道が悪いのか。急斜面を頑張って直線的に登る事に…結構な上り坂を15分掛けて上り展望台で螺旋階段を3階分登った先には素晴らしい展望が見渡せる筈です。
Conclusion. If you're looking for photography, you're here! Apart from the park and the way to it.
The night view looks good. It's a place where you can go to the starry sky, but I don't know if it's a peaceful place.
To Matsumoto for landscape photography. After exiting the ticket gate of Matsumoto Station, I was able to see Mt. Yari and Mt. rice field.
I visited by walking from Matsumoto station, but is the road I took bad? Do your best to climb the steep slopes in a straight line ... Take a good uphill for 15 minutes and climb the spiral staircase for 3 floors at the uphill observatory, and you should be able to see a wonderful view.
