★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応はひどい。反響営業が基本という営業スタイル(自ら顧客を探さない)と、大手の看板があるため、上から目線。Sという女性の担当者に、1ヶ月放置されました。電話したら申し訳なさも感じられない冷たい対応でしたし、商売にならない客と判断されたのか、嘘をつかれてました。他の仲介経由で購入できました。
Correspondence is terrible. The sales style is based on response sales (do not search for customers by yourself) and there are major signboards, so look from above. I was left alone for a month by a female person in charge called S. When I called, it was a cold response that I didn't feel sorry for, and I was lying because it was judged that I was a non-business customer. I was able to purchase it via another intermediary.
