Once you agree on how much risk you want to take with your portfolio as well on the contribution amount, your involvement is minimal and pain free.
You get assigned one advisor, and so far speed of reply and customer service quality has been great. Your advisor follows up roughly every quarter with you to discuss your portfolio performance, and also stays active to recommend new investment strategy as situation in the market evolves.
Advantage of the plans they propose is that they can still be maintained regardless of your country of residence, which is ideal for those who frequently change country location.
Returns have been great so far in line with the upward general market trend since Covid started.
