I go specially for Daiso since they have a large choice of products(kids, home interior, kitchen, bathing, makeup, toys, sewing, DIY, gardening, sports,...) in their shop located in the 7th floor.
Also for new moms, Akashan Honpo a shop located in the 5th floor is a very good shop offering a tax free for tourist and diplomates (purshase amount should be equal or superior to 5000¥).
The shop offers anything a mom and a baby can need (babyfood, carrier, baby chair, diapers, clothes, toys, bottles, bedding,pregnancy clothes...) other shops like Gu and Uniqlo, ABC are available.
There's a nice area outside with coffeeshops and other boutiques such as Zara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great eating places on the top floor! Very reasonable. Went to Ootoya, very fresh and culture conscious meals. Then spent some ¥ in the Daiso store, 7th floor. Great stores also there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Daiso (100 yen shop) and it was the cheapest you will ever find in Japan. This mall has many other stores like shoe, bag, saloon etc. But I didn't know the prices for them. Daiso is on the 7th floor I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area is lovely and lot of people mull around the area.
Bloody close to station area. Perhaps will take 2 minutes by walk.
Starbucks etc are stone throw away from this place.
Lot of shops like a typical mall and Daiso is in level 7, entire floor. It attracts quite a number of people on weekends.
