★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いからあけび最中が美味しいと聞いて買ってきました。あけびの形をしたもなかの皮には「あけび」「ぬまざわ」。包装資材には頭殿という文字がありました。頭殿とは近くにある頭殿山の事で、山形県朝日町と白鷹町の境界にある山です。標高1,203m。朝日山地の山の一つなのですが、そこで育つあけびをイメージしているのかもしれません。中には白餡がたっぷり入っていてかなりずっしりしています。餡の中には小豆の粒が入っていて、おそらくはあけびの種に見立てているのだと思われます。白餡は滑らかな舌ざわりで餡の量と皮とのバランスがとても良かったです。食べ応えもありますので、お茶をご用意?してお召し上がりください。
