有	有相圭一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナウイルス蔓延以降、もう4,5ヶ月近く行けてません。対策強化されてるとはいえ、やはり狭い更衣室ではマスクは出来ないし休憩スペースはテラス席もあるものの、やはり狭いので行きづらい。恐らく嵐の湯の室内は湿度が高いのでウイルスは室内に浮遊しづらいのではないか、、、と考えられますが、他店のように高圧洗浄機で●●分間隔で石を洗浄ではなく、普通のホースでの洗浄になるのでそこも不安といえば不安。まあこれは店側の問題ではなく、完全にコロナウイルスの問題なので、この店自体はとても良いです。コロナウイルス問題がなければ、週1で通っていたでしょう。一旦収束しかかったので、そのタイミングで行こうかと思いましたが、またもや増えてきてしまい、また行くタイミングを逃しました。一体いつになれば行くことが出来るのだろうか・・・・この座間店に限らず、嵐の湯の各店舗は更衣室はそこまで大きくはないので、誰かとかち合うとソーシャルディスタンス（ようするに他人と距離を取る）を保つのはなかなか難しい。なので、WEB予約とか取り入れてくれると行きやすいと思う。 I haven't been able to go for nearly four or five months since the spread of the coronavirus. E	E K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店に通っていたのですが、引越した関係でこちらに通うようになりました。休憩場所に、なるべく会話はお控えくださいとあるのに、スタッフの話し声(良くない内容)が聞こえることがあるのでクレームを入れたら、スタッフは仕事熱心でとても良い人間なのでそんなことはない、申し送りの話し声が聞こえてしまったのだと思う、、と言われました。こんなクレーム対応初めてで、びっくりしました。ひたすら言い訳され、最後には、お客様は頭皮が固かったので、非常にお疲れですね、心配ですと言われ、論点をすり替えられました。嵐の湯自体はとても良いのに、この対応に非常にガッカリさせられました。クレームを言うときは、証拠を提出しないと、はぐらかさせるので気をつけてください I used to go to another store, but now that I've moved, I'm going to this store.
