★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムが200円でしかもシャワー無料。コスパ最強のトレーニングルームですね。トレッドミルは3台、エアロバイクが6台ほど。あとは標準的な筋トレマシーンが置いてあります。多少年季が入っていて古い器具もありますが、使う分には申し分なし。個人的なわがままを言わせていただければ、あと2台はトレッドミルを置いていただきたいですねー。今回土曜の昼過ぎに利用しましたがお客さんはまばらでした。おそらく平日17時以降がピークなのかな。愛知製鋼の社員さんたちが一気に訪れるのがそれくらいの時間かと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月曜日定休で土日も朝から２１時まで営業しています。一般予約は1ヶ月前から、社員や関係者は２ヶ月前からになります。体育館ですがフロアの仕上げがレベルが高くクッション製抜群でふくらはぎへの負担がかなり低いです。東海市体育館のような低レベルなところで運動している人がここを使うと、疲労感の少なさにびっくりすることでしょう。厚生年金体育館なのですが、当時はかなりのお金をかけて建設されたことがわかる施設です。半面利用料は２５００円でおおよそ、４時間利用できます。とてもリーズナブルな方かと思います。２階には和室と会議室、フィットネスコーナーがあり利用料は２００円。シャワーもあります。
