★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目良く建てるだけ、最低な業者です。鉄骨3階建て、いまから、13年程前に買いましたが、３階の屋根断熱材入ってないわ、３階押入れ点検口枠ごと落下するわ、雨樋は突然外れる、保証期間内に、外壁にヒビ問い合わせたら、適当に、コーキングでごまかされ、今直同じ所ヒビ入って居る。つい先程は、大雨で、雨漏り一階の押入れ水浸し、原因は、新築当時からの、手抜き工事!雨樋上に横10センチ縦5センチの穴が空いていました。それも対応が遅く、苦労して、自分で直しました。ドリームハウスの対応は、電話ですいませんでしたのみの対応でした。壁剥がして全部やり変えさせたい位怒りしんとうです。裁判しようか、今思案中

Steel 3 stories, bought about 13 years ago from now, 3rd floor roof insulation is not included, 3rd floor closet frame falls down, rain gutter suddenly comes off, within warranty period When I ask for cracks on the outer wall, I'm appropriately cheated by caulking, and I'm cracked right now. Just before, it was a heavy rain, soaking in the first floor of a leaking leak, the cause was a hand-cutting work from the time of the new construction! It was too slow and I had a hard time fixing it myself. The dream house was only a phone call. I'm so angry that I want to remove the wall and change everything. I'm thinking about trialing now
