開店（20年）以来通っていますが、行くたびに衝撃の店です。店長は「お客さんて何をしたら、満足してるかな」しか考えていません。ちなみに値段は一度も値上げしていません。
1度、知人が美容店を出したので、仕方なくお付き合いでそちらに行った後、戻りました。担当の方が一言「別にほかのお店に行くのはよろしいんですが、キレイに直すのが難しいです」。
ヘアカラーでは「カラーリスト」の肩書のあるスタッフもいて、知識とセンスは抜群。就職してからお客のシャンプーができる技術を得るまでに、数か月かかる厳しい店長です。
一時期、美容師が花形職業だった時代、「この店は厳しい」で業界で有名でした。今も、そのスタンスは変わらず、です。

I've been to this shop since it opened (20 years), but every time I go there, it's a shocking shop. The store manager only thinks "what should customers do to be satisfied?" By the way, the price has never been raised.
Once, an acquaintance opened a beauty shop, so I had no choice but to go there with a friend and then returned. The person in charge said, "It's okay to go to another store, but it's difficult to fix it cleanly."
As for hair color, there are staff members who have the title of "color list", and their knowledge and sense are outstanding. He is a strict store manager who takes several months from getting a job to acquiring the skills to shampoo customers.
For a while, when a hairdresser was a flower profession, he was famous in the industry for "this shop is tough". Even now, that stance has not changed.
