★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へえー?ここにも中華そば頂けるお店が有りました‼️今まで、何度となく通ってました道路沿いに、ひっそりと暖簾が出てました。これは大発見ですよ‼️早速暖簾をくぐる事にしました。今日は１人ですので、気兼ねなくラーメン行脚ですよ?お店は昭和的レトロ感‼️オマケに、お店の電話は、なんと黒電話ですよ。これにはビックリですよ?早速中華そば550円をお願いして待ちます。店内の様子は小上がり席とテーブル席ですね。今はコロナ対策で使えないイスが有ります。消毒液完備でしたね。来ました。さき程、金山にて頂いて来て2軒目ですけど、そそられる盛り付けの中華そばです。スープの色が特に美味そうですよ。熱々スープは独特な香り漂う美味しいスープです。麺は中太やや縮れ麺で少しだけ柔らかめかなぁ?欲を言えば、もっと大きな鍋で茹でて貰えばまだまだ美味しく仕上がったかと⁉️しかしながら、美味しく頂きました。丼ぶりの中に書かれてる、マルシメ食堂の名前や電話番号が、お店の歴史を感じさせるそんな丼ぶりでした。ご馳走様でしたー。それから、地図上で日本 料理と成ってますけどいかがなものか⁉️
最後に、こうゆう歴史感じるお店は無くならないで欲しい人間の一人です。奥様頑張って下さいね～‼️
