M	Momo Yokota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3日ほど熱が続き、ひどい関節痛もあり来院しました。看護師、医師の問診は丁寧でした。しかし、内科であるにも関わらず、口の中、喉を診るわけでもなく聴診器もするわけでもなく、あれ？と思いました。また、リンパも触診してもらいましたが、「リンパ腫れてますか？」と逆に聞かれ、触診したのになぜこちらに質問するのだろうと疑問に思いました。そして、インフルエンザの検査を看護師が行い、結果は陰性。インフルエンザ以外の何らかのウイルス感染だろうということで、解熱剤と痛み止めを処方されて終わりました。その後、不安に思い、他の病院へ行ったところ、喉が膿んでおり(痛みはほぼ無い)、それが原因で発熱、関節痛につながっているとの見立てでした。膿の発見から、ウイルス感染ではなく「細菌」感染であることが分かったのです。細菌なので抗生物質が必須です。そちらの病院で抗生物質を貰い、これで根本から治療できることとなりました。以上のことからあらまち内科には不信感をもちました。内科専門なので信頼できるかと思い、体が痛く熱で朦朧とする中の受診でしたが、残念でした。 The fever continued for about 3 days, and I visited the hospital with severe joint pain. I got an antibiotic at that hospital and I was able to treat it fundamentally. From the above, I felt distrustful in internal medicine. I thought it was reliable because I am an internal medicine specialist.
