★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great fountain, brook and green. My daughters really enjoyed this park. Seven-eleven is available near the park. If you play here, prepare water shoes not sandals because there are a lot of rocks in brooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful park with sports park and a traffic park where kids can use pedal cars and pedal go-carts, and tricycles, bicycles and unicycles for free. There's also a turtle pool, a small lake and wooded area. Not far from Keisei Machiya and Chiyoda Line Machiya Stations, and served by Sakura Tram/Toden Arakawa Nichombe station.
Slope and lift access for wheelchairs and those with mobiliity issues. Excellent coffee and good light meals at the cafe inside Yuinomori Arakawa library complex nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice park in the middle of the city. There are a lot of flowers, lot of water, fishes, birds, and if frequented by mothers and children, sports people and seniors. In fact, the park is artificial and build on a water purification station! Peaceful and beautiful. Some places looks like natural !

Children can enjoy cycling practice as this park provide all kinds of bicycles and the tracks in almost all age-appropariate sizes and people can rent it for free. There are many kinds of gymnastic and sports arena, as well as the tranquility of park ambience you need at the park. This park provide public summer pool too. Worth to visit.

Swings and slides for the little ones, sculptured trees and insect park, also.
Swans, turtles, carp fish, and large ponds.
About three minutes walk from Machiya station, or a couple of minutes from the tram line station nearby.
Free entry from around 6 am to 9 pm most days, I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice getaway from urban sprawl that is found on all sides for many kilometers. Tokyo is a massive city and sometimes you really want to hang out in the park where you cannot hear the road noise. This park is very well maintained and has some nice benches to sit on. This destination is probably only worthwhile for people who live fairly close by, because there are other parks in other parts of the city.
