内容を聞くと凄まじい。
不正とモラハラの学校
コロナ禍で学生のスケジュールが過密で
テストが多く学生が必死にやっているのに
一部の学生は卒業生から貰った前年度のテストを
丸暗記でテストを受ける。
不正を見抜けない学校の先生
さらに頑張ってついていこうとしている
生徒にk先生が(100点の生徒さんもいるのに、他の人は点数が悪いのですかねー)っと。
その生徒は過去問を見ている生徒だそうですが。
真面目に勉強してテストを頑張る生徒
不正をして楽にテストを通過する生徒
それを見抜けず過去のテストをそのまま流用して
生徒を罵倒する職員
話を聞いていてかなり気分が悪くなりました。
留年生や近くの病院の卒業生から
テストが漏れる。

出来ないようにされてますね。
2020年の生徒さんなのに
なぜ2019年の答案があるのでしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護専門学校はどこも似たりよったりのハラスメントが行われているようなので、看護師が教職につく場合は大学や院できちんと教職課程を履修し教育を行えるかたになって貰いたいです。
Nursing vocational schools all seem to have similar harassment, so if a nurse gets a teaching profession, I would like him to be a person who can properly take the teaching profession course and educate at the university or institute.
