Great service and food - a brilliant place to experience traditional Japanese style Ryokan. Highly recommended for visiting during Spring or Autumn as heating might not be the best.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for business training. I hate to be a naysayer, but my friend and I found the place to be underwhelming. The cleanliness factor was what let the hotel down big time. The most recent updating in terms of plumbing,etc.

The ryokan's service is excellent where you will be greeted with your name on the ""Welcome Board"" and the staff at the entrance. Service however was very good and attentive (no English though) and the food was very good.

The location is far away from city, but you could enjoy the clam, the beautiful scene here. Moreover, the hot spring is famous, must try!

Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile.

The service of the staff are good just as we would expect from any ryokan. The staffs were all very professional. The ladies at the front desk were always very accomodating.

Very chilly between parts of buildings & often lacking railings on stairways which wasn't great for elderly person in group. Provided slippers were dangerous, especially on stairs as they slip off. Staff kind but limited English. Food was excellent if you are adventurous re local cuisine. Onsen lovely.
