ヘルパーが訪問で、利用者の居宅で飲酒、食事、をするし、マルチまがいの勧誘や宝くじを買わせようとする、など金儲けの勧誘をしてくる。
こうした事からヘルパーの件でクレームを事業所にしても、対応してくれない。ヘルパーの変更もしてくれない、中野区の介護サービス事業者の中でも本当にろくでもないヘルパーしかいないと実感しています。
中野区役所の福祉の担当者も仕事をしないし、北部すこやか福祉センターのヘルパーとの連携も非常に悪いので、この事業所は利用しないほうがいいです。
