先代から引き継いで、今は一人しか整備士がいませんが、お客への対応は誠実で、きちんと整備してくれます。
むしろ、一人でやっているから接客も丁寧だし、きちんとした整備をしてくれます。
ディーラーで整備不備で何回も痛い目をしましたが、新井自動車整備工場では問題なしで、とても信用できます。
社外パーツも違法でなければ、持ち込みしても対応してくれますし、色々相談にのってくれます。
ディーラーで、嫌な思いをした方にオススメします。
