み	みつばち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付★マイナス１０。お会計の時に自分がサインした書類の控えと一緒に、間違えて？なぜか他の患者さんのカルテを渡されました。気づかず持ち帰り、今手元にあります。電話で事情を伝えても慌てる風でもなく次回持ってきて下さい…　とのこと。カルテには氏名・生年月日・病名・手術歴など個人情報満載です。病歴など他人に知られたくない！病院の管理体制どうなっているんだろう。受付★３つ。言葉遣いは丁寧だが、料金について細かく質問したり、次の予約を決めるにあたって患者がもたついていると、イライラオーラ出してきます。とにかく混んでいる病院なので忙しいのはわかりますが、それは患者側の問題ではありません。こういったことは、いくら言葉が丁寧でもわかるもの。受付は病院の顔です。痛みに悩んで通院している患者の気持ちをおもんばかる態度ではないと思いました。先生は★５つです。自分の問題部位を専門とする先生に診て頂けました。初診の予約は6週間後でしたが、良い先生にあたり待ったかいがありました。診断・考えうるなぜこんな状態になったのか、今後の方針などわかりやすく説明してくださいました。それでも質問があればこちらからどんどん聞かないと、診察時間はあっという間に終わってしまうと思います。ただ、こちらから質問したことには丁寧にご回答いただけ満足です。先生に関しては★5つです。 Reception ★ Minus 10. Two words spoken and the doctor left , as a patient I was left uncertain about my condition , doctor was unavailable anymore because had to go to emergency!!!?? Whereas I consider my broken hand as an emergency! I had to go to a different one. 20 minutes waiting time for a receipt.
