水中ウォーキングの方は、サウナと塩ぶろ、ミストサウナもあり、2階にはマッサージチェアがあります??こんなに設備が整っているスポーツジムは、他にありませんね☺
The annual membership fee is reasonable and you can receive a yoga lesson once for ¥300 ?
For underwater walking, there is also a sauna, salt bath and mist sauna, and there is a massage chair on the second floor ?? There is no other gym with such facilities ☺

でも一回440円かかるので、頻繁に使うのは厳しいかな

開放的なジムで気持ち良く心も体も伸び伸び出来ました。施設利用料の他数百円で利用可能とか。
近くでもちょっと仙台から足を伸ばしても行くのもまた良いですね?

I was able to comfortably stretch my mind and body in the open gym. It can be used for a few hundred yen in addition to the facility usage fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice public gym. But fairly pricey - after all it's in an upscale suburb. Plenty of cardio machines. Little to no free weights though. Lots of 50+ customers. An enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
