駐車券を失くした場合、本部に問い合わせすることになるのですが、オペレーターは紛失した際に払う代金を把握していません。(わざと教えないだけかもしれません)
出口の機械に車を横付けして「紛失」ボタンを押して初めて5000円を支払うか、駐車券がないと出られないということがわかります。
後ろに車が来ていた場合、その場で5000円払わないと後ろの人に迷惑をかけることになる、と心理的に追い込まれます。
駐車券を失くさなければよいのはもちろんですが、買い物してる間に落としてしまうケースは可能性としてそんなに低くないものです。
駐車券を発行しない、車のナンバーを記録する等、他に手法はあるのに、わざわざこの手法を採用しているこの会社は悪質だと感じました。
余談ですが周辺の施設の駐車場は基本無料、時間が経ったら課金のシステムですが、この駐車場は基本的に料金が発生し、買い物があったら割り引かれるシステムです。異質に感じます。

As an aside, the parking lots of the surrounding facilities are basically free of charge, and the system is charged after a while, but this parking lot is basically a system where charges are incurred and discounts are given if there is shopping. I feel different.
