★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グリピットの予約でタイヤ交換を依頼しましたが、交換後走行時ブレーキを踏むと明らかに変な方向へハンドルが切れるので不安感を抱きつつ走行しておりましたが、今回別の自動車販売店で車検を受けたついでにホイールバランスを取って頂くと4輪ともあまりにもバランスが取れて無い状態で危険な状態だと報告を受けました。取替後1ヶ月以内に4輪共大幅にバランスが取れなくなるなど考えられませんのでその旨クレームを入れましたが、バランスは取りましたとの事でした。値段がリーズナブルな分チェックミス等があったのかも知れませんが残念な結果になりました。 その他の対応は良かったので星2個です。
I asked for tire replacement at Grippit's reservation, but when I stepped on the brake after the replacement, I was running with a sense of apprehension as the steering wheel would turn off in a clearly strange direction when I stepped on the brake, After receiving an inspection, I received a report that it would be dangerous if all the four wheels were not well balanced when I received the wheel balance. Since I can not think that the balance of four wheels will be largely out of balance within one month after replacement, I made a claim to that effect, but said that the balance was taken. It might be a disappointing result though there may have been a check error etc. because the price is reasonable. It is two stars because other correspondence was good.

Compared to major chain stores where you have to cut down on the wages of your own tires or buy tires from the store, it is cheaper and has better service, so it feels good.
