★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、洗車をしましたが休日のため混んでいました。15分ほど待って洗車後、ふき取りのお手入れスペースへ移動しようと思っていましたが当然満車でした。並んで待とうと思っていると、洗車機もかけずガソリンも入れないクラウンが車内清掃だけのためか反対側から入ってきました。イラッとした瞬間、店内から店員さんが出てきて、クラウンを止めて先にスペースへ入れてくれました。金を落とさないくせにクラウンの親父は店員さんに文句を言っていましたが、上手く応対もされていました。GSではよくあるトラブルですが、素晴らしい対応でした。女性なども安心して行けるお店だと思います。
I washed the car the other day, but it was crowded because of the holidays. After waiting for about 15 minutes and washing the car, I was thinking of moving to the cleaning space for wiping, but of course it was full. When I was thinking of waiting in line, a crown that didn't use a car wash machine and didn't put in gasoline came in from the other side, probably just for cleaning the inside of the car. At the moment when I was irritated, a clerk came out from the store, stopped the crown and put it in the space first. Crown's father complained to the clerk even though he didn't drop the money, but he was well treated. It's a common problem with GS, but it was a great response. I think it's a shop where women can go with peace of mind.
