★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部店員の対応が悪い。カードの勧誘とかも分かるけども、明らかに法人カードで、給油してる者に車検だのタイヤだの勧誘するのはどうかと思う。お陰で待ち時間が長い時もある

でもガソリン入れる時タッチする回数多くて
ウザイ。
女性のスタッフの方は明るく、愛想が良いです。
が、カード作る時、スタッフの男性(おじさん)
接客対応が良くない。
急に来て ロボットみたいな説明が始まり、
こちらです。っていう案内もなく、
早くから建物の中に入ってるし、普通外で待機くらいしとくやろ。たまにタメ口だし。
カードの説明される時 普通客に見えるように

そのパンフレットおじさんにしか見えてない

他の店員さんもプリカの説明とか親切丁寧だった。
たまに洗車だけの時も利用してます。

ただ自分のバギーはワンコイン500円で満タンになるので
小銭で支払いする時はENEOSを利用しています
小銭両替手数料が上がった今、小銭利用できたらもっと便利ですね
