i	ii mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソールの修理の見積もりのために伺い、不備のない方のソールを壊されました。「お見積もりお願いします」と言ったのですが、壊れていない方のソールを「剥がして見てもいいですか？」と言われ、軽く剥がして見るだけかと思い了承した所、ベリッと全て剥がしてしまいました。結局、修理はお願いしないことにし、このソールを戻して下さいと言うと「修理かと思っていました。1000円かかります」とのこと。こちらがそれはおかしいと言うと、結局戻してくださるとのことでしたが「貼り付けますが1時間かかります」と言われました。こちらも待つ時間はないため「修理したものを送って下さい」と言うと「送料はかかりますよ」「こちらは剥がしてもいいですか？と聞きましたよね」「説明不足と言うなら、全てを説明しなくてはいけなくなるじゃないですか」と言い出す始末。話にならないので壊された靴を持ち帰りました。お気をつけて下さい。 I visited for a sole repair estimate and broke the sole that had no defects. A	AK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事も接客もとても丁寧で感動しました！中古で購入した靴が少し緩かったので、こちらのお店に持ち込んでフィッティング調整をお願いしました。店内で何枚か革とコルクで出来たソールを入れ換えては、試し履きをして、3mm厚の物を入れてもらう事になりました。凄いのは、ヒールパッドを一旦剥がしてからソールを敷き、またヒールパッドを上から貼り付けるので修理前と見た目が変わらない事です。結果、大満足の仕上がりでした。そして中古の靴を買う事に抵抗が無くなりました。本当に自分の足に合わない靴がある方にはオススメです。納期も早く、工賃もお安いので他の靴もまたお願いしようと思います。何よりも店主の方が気さくで、親身にご対応頂けた事に一番の感謝を伝えたいです。ありがとうございました。 The work and customer service were very polite and impressed!
