一部少し残念ですな人も居ますが、全体的には問題はなかった。
ただやはり、部屋を借りて欲しいのは解るけれども、部屋の問題点を隠すような事は分かってないのか知っているのか？？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見後の催促や仲介料入金に関しては毎日連絡を寄越す癖に、入居後の急なトラブル・除雪に対しての対応は「担当者が早退、休み」との理由を付けて１〜２週間放置は当たり前の会社です。
とにかく自社の儲けや長期的に楽に休む事しか考えていません。
不動産会社は選べる時代なので全くおすすめ出来ない会社ですし、ここの系列は二度と使うことはありません。

問題は入居後。会社内で情報伝達が出来ていないのか電話を受けた際にメモなど取っていないのか分かりませんが、非常にずさんな対応です。折り返しますと言われ、平気で1週間以上連絡がありませんでした。こちらから連絡すると、問い合わせ内容を忘れているご様子でした。とにかく対応が遅い。入居前の対応が良いのに、非常に残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「イオンスーパーセンター」や「ふるさと村」へ向かう途中にありますが、見過ごす位置に営業所はあります。
横手の営業所では無いが、札幌の爆発火災の原因が、営業所内で焚いた消臭スプレー(バルサンタイプ?)の充満したガスと判明して評価を下げました。更に、スプレー1本で1〜2万円徴収するという悪行に呆れました。時には代金徴収しながら何もしない場合もあるなど、企業モラルは最悪です。
本来はありえない悪行で、全国に名を知らしめてしまったが、企業体質をマトモに改めるようにしなければ生き残れないでしょう。営業行為なので、無償ではないが適正な対価を設定する事が大前提です。
イチ営業所の悪行を、一括に全体として言われる不条理を他営業所の関係者は不本意に感じている事でしょう。毎日の通常業務の逆風を地道な対応を積み重ねて乗り越える事でしか挽回できません。数年後の、逞しくなった「アパマンショップ」に期待したいと思います。

親会社は市からの委託を受けるほどの優良企業です。
店舗の雰囲気も良く、営業担当の雰囲気はとてもいいです。
実際はあくまで営業のみのため、各大家さんとの連携がうまく行かず、いざ入居してみると営業が言っていた内容とは違う点が多々あり。
営業も入れ替わりが激しく、基本的には言ったことに責任を持たない。
よほど口うるさく言わないと動いてくれない。
なにかトラブルがあれば口だけの対応。
水漏れ、ストーブ、給湯器、トイレ、エアコンなどのトラブルがあっても電話受付だけは24時間だが、土日や連休挟むと数日放置が普通。
一方的な契約書に印鑑押させて入居させてしまえばこっちのもん。地元の人は優しいのであまり文句は言わないのかも。
