★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不信感しかありません。アパートを借りていたが契約時と解約時での対応の違いや引っ越してからすぐにトイレの水が止まらない、お湯が出なくなる、カーテンレールが壊れる、エアコンの吹き出し口が壊れているなどろくに整備なんかしていないくせに退去したら8万円の請求をされました。
たしかにタバコを吸っていました。退去時にタバコの汚れがある場合には壁紙の張り替えの補修費がかかるのはわかっています。ですが2年間、換気扇の下で吸っていたことを伝えると換気扇がきちんと作動していなかったのかもしれませんね、と言われました。
以前、別の不動産屋で4年間アパートを借りてタバコも吸っていたけれど請求なんかされませんでした。もちろん、間取りなどでも汚れ方は違いはあるかとおもいますが、住んでいた年数を考えても不信感しかありません。
住み始めてからすぐにあらゆるところが壊れて
、解約時の対応、8万円の請求。今までがまんしていましたが流石に頭に血がのぼりました。
もう二度とアパマンショップは利用しません。
