他に似たような賃貸のお話も提案していただいたりお部屋探しのサポートがしっかりしていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約の際はスムーズで非常によかったが、こちらにクレーム連絡する際の言葉遣いと態度が非常に悪い。上からものを言うのではなく、簡潔に伝えるよう心がけて欲しい。こちらを逆撫でするような口調は不快でした。
The contract was smooth and very good, but the wording and attitude when contacting the complaint was very bad. Instead of saying things from above, try to convey them concisely. The tone of stroking this was unpleasant.
