★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何かあって連絡しても大家に直接連絡しろしか言わない。仲介業者なのにちゃんと仕事しない。まあアパマンなんてそんなもんなのは数年前からわかってましたけどね。
Even if there is something, they just tell the landlord directly. I don't work properly though I'm an intermediary. Well, I've known Apaman for a couple of years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連絡した際、確認して折り返しますと言われのに、折り返しが来ませんでした。3.4日経って連絡すると、また1から話をしなければいけませんでした。それを3回程繰り返されました。担当者の名前を教えてくださいと言われても、電話の際に名前を名乗らないため名前すらわかりませんでした。対応も遅く、話が伝わってこないのが残念でした。
When I contacted him, I was told to confirm and call back, but I didn't get a call back. When I contacted him after 3.4 days, I had to talk from 1 again. It was repeated about 3 times. When I was asked to tell me the name of the person in charge, I didn't even know the name because I didn't give my name when I called. It was a pity that the response was slow and the story did not come through.

物件を決めるときはとても急かされます。
また、重要事項説明は50分程度かかると言われ、来店すると5分程度で 書類に目を通してください で終わりました。
ここ以外の店舗に行くことを心からお勧めします。
