他の方も書いてる通りです。
入居前は色々質問しても結構すぐ答えてくれていましたので、安心できていましたが、
入居後はあちこち不備があり、説明が足りない、連絡を忘れられている、本当に不安な毎日です。
担当の方はとても優しく、丁寧に教えてくださいました
ただ、業者を呼ぶ必要がある不備が見つかったあたりから、違う人が連絡してきてるのか背後に誰かいるのかと時々ですが思うほど、対応が違う時があるような気がします。
気になっていることも｢この質問していいかな｣と不安になり、こちらから連絡しにくくなってしまいました。
そして、内見の時に教えてくださった情報と実際の情報が異なる事が多々わかってきています。
不安な暮らしを続ける訳にはいきませんので、こちらの立場になって対応して頂ければと思います。
他の方も言っていますが、

I was worried about what I was worried about, "Is it okay to ask this question?", And it became difficult for me to contact you.
And it is becoming clear that the information given at the time of the preview is different from the actual information.
I cannot continue to live in anxiety, so I would like you to take this position and respond.

・契約したはずのものが契約されていない
・入居日に電気が通ってない
・問い合わせても嘘をつく、誤魔化す
・謝罪の言葉がなく逃げようとする
・日時を指定して届けてもらうものがあったけど来ない、連絡もない、こちらから問い合わせないと何もない。そして言い訳をする
不満しかないけど改善する気配がないので諦めます。
連絡する度にストレスです。

I'm only dissatisfied, but I'm giving up because there is no sign of improvement.
