K	Khaz ST on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見のスケジュールについて：１週間以上前に内見日程のタイムスロットを提示したにも関わらず、その内見前日の夕方に連絡がきた。スケジュール管理が全くできていない。タイムリーな連絡対応ができないのは社会人として酷すぎる。内見時依頼した内容について：入居までのスケジュールを立てて、いつどのようなものやアクションが必要になるか詳細を提示するよう依頼し了承を得たが、その後連絡がなかった。できないのであればできない、わからないことがあれば後ほど調べて伝えるなど、いくらでも返答対応はできるはずである。内見の客に対しても無責任な態度を取っているのであれば、従来のB2B業務でも問題あるのではないかと疑わざる得ない。担当者がたまたまそうだっただけのかもしれないが、スケジュール管理ができない、依頼して担当者が了承した内容について連絡しないという無責任な対応には心底呆れました。 About the preview schedule: Even though I presented the time slot of the preview schedule more than a week ago, I was contacted in the evening of the day before the preview.
