★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパマンはどの店も使えない人材を働かせる不動産ですが、川越市のアパマンは特にダメでした。
急に電話を掛けてきて内容は、冷やかしでした。
不快感のある話し方、営業とは思えないふざけた態度です。その上、物件を紹介できる知識量もない。
なぜ終始ずっと笑っていたのか？
とにかく不快な会話でした。
契約までスムーズに行える不動産は川越駅にあります。
アパマンショップ川越市駅店、この店でしか探せない物件は存在しませんし
嫌な思いをするためにわざわざ訪問する意味はないかと思います。
こちらの店舗で「紹介できる物件はない」と言われた直後
川越駅の不動産に向かいましたが、とてもいい物件に巡り会え、
即契約しました。
せっかく時間を使うなら、心地いいサービスを提供してくれる人と店が良いですよねぇ。
こちらのアパマンショップにその価値はありません。
自身でも口コミを参考にして不動産を訪れる事が多いですが
どの不動産にするか調べている方は、
ここはやめておいた方が無難です。
