★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件を紹介するまではとても丁寧に対応してもらえたが、その後のフォローが良くない。専用窓口で何度か相談しても確認して営業から折り返しますねという言葉をもらった先から返事なし...。
相談内容ももちろん何かしてくれてる雰囲気もなし。
結局契約とるまでなのかなと思ってしまう。
I was very polite until I introduced the property, but the follow-up after that was not good. Even if I consulted several times at the dedicated window, I did not receive a reply from the person who received the word that I would confirm and return from the sales staff.
Of course, there is no atmosphere of doing anything about the content of the consultation.
After all, I wonder if it's until I get a contract.

初期費用等の不安もあったのですが、こちらから言う前にいろいろ差し引いてもらえたので、とても安心して申し込みに進めました。
