★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休業日だから解約日に設定できないという向こう側の都合で家賃、インターネット利用料、駐車場代金を無駄に支払わされました。
また山王店の従業員かは分かりませんが私の利用している駐車スペースに勝手に駐車されていたこともありました。
契約するまではいいですがその後は本当に杜撰な対応でした。
おすすめはしません。
 The rent, internet usage fee, and parking lot fee were wasted due to the circumstances of the other side that it was not possible to set a cancellation date because it was a holiday.
Also, I don't know if it's an employee of the Sanno store, but I was parked in the parking space I was using.
It was fine until I signed the contract, but after that it was a really sloppy response.
I do not recommend it.

トラブル対応や問い合わせもこちらから何度も催促しないと折り返しがない始末。
入居してから2年ほどだが、とにかくあり得ないくらい最低品質。この一言に尽きます。
店舗が悪いのか、アパマンの体質なのか分からないが、もっとサービス品質を向上させる研修をした方がいいのではないでしょうか。

コロナだから同乗で移動できないため、内見は現地集合といわれた。それは全く問題ないものの、物件の用紙渡され、いくら住所記載してるとはいえ、場所の説明とか、車の後ろついてきてくださいとかないのだろうか…
絶対ここでは契約しないと心に決めました。
