n	natstki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に対応してもらえたので安心しました。と評価させていただいていましたが、契約後に紹介された時とは違う条件であったことが発覚しました。しかもその間違いに気づいたのはこちらからで他のお店のサイトで物件紹介をみていたところ紹介されたことと違うと思い問い合わせで発覚しました。お詫びとして仲介手数料を3割引しますと言われましたが、見積書がなかなか届きませんでした。またその後、そのお部屋をキャンセルするとなったのですが契約が成立していないにも関わらず、預かり申込金を返していただけませんでした。理由は預かり申し込み金が手付金に変わっているからという理由でした。返金は諦めましたがあまり気分がよくありませんでした。 I was relieved that I was able to respond politely.
