対応は丁寧でしたし、質問にもちゃんと答えてくれます。トラブルが発生した時も優しく対応してくれました。
名指しで店員の悪口言ってるけど書かれた期間が同じで内容も同じようなものだし、同じ人がアカウント変えて書いたんじゃないの？（笑）

名指しで店員さんの悪口を書いているレビューはどうかな?と書かれている口コミを信用して良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのアパマンショップは、表面上は取り繕っているが、契約さえ取れれば良い、とにかく数をさばけば良いといった感じの仕事の仕方。そんなものだと言われればそうかもしれないが、こちらのショップはちょっと酷いかも。他にも色々あるので敢えてここで契約しなくても良いかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの柳田という営業マンは、すごくいい加減すぎる。契約書を渡すのを忘れてて、問い合わせたら、契約終わってるのに「他の部署でチェックしてたんで」と言い訳。そんな嘘つかずにちゃんと謝れよ。ぼーっと生きてんじゃねえよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日知り合いがこちらで契約したようですが、営業の柳田と言う人は契約さえ決まればいいと言うような人で、流し台が錆びていてそれはクリーニングしても落ちないことが分かっていたにも関わらず事前に教えてくれなかったようです。入居後その事を尋ねたら、質問されなかったんで答えませんでしたと言われたそうです。アパマンショップ社員さんはみんなこんなもんなんでしょうか？借りる人のことを親身になって考えてはくれないんですね。取り敢えずこちらでは契約しない方がいいかも。
