★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのアパマン大丈夫か?ってくらい客に対する対応が悪い。ここは人を見た目や金持ってるかとかで判断してる。特に店長のメガネはゴミレベル。説明も適当感が半端ない。これから物件探す人達はここに行かない方がいいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで物件を借りた経験がありますが、正直失敗でした。どこにでも見受けられる事かも分かりませんが、いい顔をしているのは最初だけです。入居後にいくつかトラブルがあり、助けを求めても鼻で笑われただけで何も対応していただけませんでした。こちらで検討されている方はそういった点に対して妥協出来る方であればいいかもしれませんが、そうでない方にはお勧めできません。
I have rented a property here, but honestly it was a failure. I don't know if you can see it everywhere, but it's only the first time that you have a good face. I had some troubles after moving in, and when I asked for help, I just laughed at my nose and couldn't handle anything. 不動産屋さんでこんな酷い人達は初めてみました。

契約の時は良くても後からトラブルや更新の時に適当にされて終わりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策でメールでの物件紹介をしていると言われ、物件の条件や個人情報を店まで行って書いたは良いが、3ヶ月間で1件だけしかメールを送ってこず結局他の不動産で物件を探した笑
クチコミを見て納得の評価だと思った。
使えない不動産だと認識した。
真面目に物件を探してる方はこのクソ店を使うと決まらないから注意して
