A	A H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年1月に入居希望日を伝え物件を申し込みをするも、連絡がこない。こちらから連絡をするも審査や手続きは問題ないのでそのままお待ちくださいの一点ばり。入居中の物件だったが退去日近づいても内見の日程調整もせず、こちらから申し出たら渋々対応する始末。内見当日も現地集合のくせに連絡は一切ないし、悪びれたそぶりもなし。その後も引っ越しが近づくも入居手続きの説明もなく、毎回こちらから電話代かけて話さないといけません。結局、大丈夫と言っていた入居日に間に合わない可能性があると言い出され、引っ越し日を調整していたのにそれはないでしょうと言ったら、逆ギレされました。営業担当はウオズミという男性です。任せられないので、代わりの営業マンに変えて欲しいと言ったら、自分が一番偉くそれはできないとのこと。しかも仲介手数料はとるくせに、管理会社と私が直接やりとりすれば良いでしょうと指示。やばすぎて笑ってしまいました。 In January of this year, I told him the desired date of move-in and applied for a property, but I did not receive any contact.
