★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの不動産屋はやめたほうがいい。賃貸アパートの不具合を言ってもいつになっても返事が来ない。本社に連絡してやっと返事が来たがなかなか修理の手配をしてくれない。入居したら水道故障、ドアホン故障、テレビアンテナ故障、シャワー故障、トイレ水漏れ･･･壊れたままでは生活に支障が出るから結局殆ど自腹で直した。
You should stop the real estate agent here. When I say something wrong with the rented apartment, I will not receive a reply at any time. I finally got a reply by contacting the head office but I can not arrange for repair. When I moved in, I had a water failure, a door phone failure, a TV antenna failure, a shower failure, a toilet water leak ... I was almost fixed myself after all because it would be an obstacle to life if it was broken.

なかなか能代では無い物件の中でかなり良い紹介をして頂きました。
私もそこに決めるつもりでした。
が私が気に入らなかったと思います。
何かある度に立ち上がったり話にも集中出来ずでした。
私が気に入らないのなら担当変わって貰っても文句はありません。
ただそんなにイライラさせたのであれば謝りが必要のような気がします。
お客として店員様の御機嫌取りより良い商談するには土下座しなければなりませんか？
