保険の事はほとんど分からない私に、丁寧に説明していただきました。
おかげで、望んでいた保険に加入することができました。
0歳と5歳の息子を連れて行きました。
0歳の子はグズりがちでしたが、契約が早く進むようにと、旦那さんや息子の契約などを二手に分かれて進めてくれました。
5歳の子には剣のバルーンアートをいただき、今でも喜んで遊んでいます。
息子2人にも親切丁寧に対応してくださり、嬉しかったです。

大手の保険に内容もよくわからず、言いなりになり30年近く入っていました。ふとした時に姉に保険証を見せたところ
終身に1000万の保険に入っており
「あなた死んだら芸能人並の大きい葬式でもあげるんだ」と言われ、今まで何にも不思議でなかった私でしたが、大手を解約し昨年6月に
某保険の窓口で切り替えました。
その時は話を聞き納得したはずでしたが、
半年が過ぎ、保険料が高すぎると思い、
こちらの保険物語さんに相談に伺いました。こちらのスタッフさんは私に見合った内容の保険を探して下さり私がきちんと
理解できるまで丁寧かつ気さくに説明して
くださいました。見たことも聞いたこともない保険会社さんで内心心配はありましたが、
