良識を疑うレベルのパクリでびっくりします。 博多のオリジナルのお店のオーナーとスタッフが知恵を集めて作ったおしながきなどそのまんま。 遠くの土地だからバレないと思ったのか。

さっぱりしたスープと極細麺。チャーシューも見た目の割に重くなく柔らか。 〆にさっぱり系ならここもあり。 注意点として辛いやつは上記に辛味のエキスだけを入れた感じなので正直美味しくありませんし、見た目の割にかなり辛いので気を付けて下さい。 あと、店員の注文忘れがヒドイです。ラーメンだけ食べるなら別ですが・・・

기타카미(北上)역 근처에 호텔을 잡았고 늦은밤까지 영업하는 식당을 찾았는데 영업을 시작한지 얼마되지 않는곳이라 타베로그나 구글맵에도 많은 정보가 없었다 그러니 내 발로 직접 찾아가는 수 밖에 없다 다행이도 영업중인 식당을 찾을 수 있었다 식당이름이 깔끔하게 식당전면에 부착되어 있다 심플한 노렌도 보기가 좋다 내부엔 손님 일곱명정도가 식사중이다 놀라운건 사장님 혼자서 돌리고 있다 금요일 밤에 해장을 하러 온 청년들이 기분좋게 이야기를 시끌시끌나누며 라멘을 먹는모습이 다이나믹하다 다찌엔 10명이 착석가능하고 4인테이블은 4개가 준비되어 있다 식당 구석의 작은 돼지오브제가 귀엽다 개업한지 얼마되지 않은 식당이라 그런지 아주 깔끔하게 운영되고 있다 정말 이정도 규모를 혼자서 영업하실까? 의아하다! 다찌길이는 50센치정도에 의자간격은 넓다 실내엔 TV가 켜져있으며 계산은 후지불형태다 사장님은 침착하게 응대를 해주시며 옷이나 소지품은 바구니를 이용하면 된다 식당안에선 흡연이 가능하나 식사중에는 다들 담배를 즐기진 않았다 물은 화장실옆 코너에서 셀프로 따라마시면 되는데 물통안의 레몬이 들어가서 상큼함을 즐길 수 있었다 시오라멘인가 싶을정도로 아주 라이트한 스프의 라멘이 등장한다 라멘기도 아주 멋진 용이 그려져있으며 어찌보면 마치 평양냉면같은 심플한 한그릇의 라멘인데 스프를 떠먹어보니 생선계와 동물계스프가 잘 어우러진듯한 맛이 나길래 사장님에게 직접 스프에 대한 질문을 드렸으나 100% 돈코츠로만 만든 스프라고 하신다 타베로그나 구글맵의 점수는 이정도로 훌륭하지 않았는데 왠지 모르겠지만 난 너무 맛있다 스프의 온도는 따듯하고 염도는 맛있게 짭짤하다 기대를 크게 하지 않아서였는지몰라도 너무 만족하는 스프다 면의 양도 상당하다 20센치전후의 면은 완전 스트레이스 소면보다는 중면에 가까운 굵기인데 약간의 구불거림이 있으며 면의 온도는 따듯하고 꼰득거리는 식감을 지녔고 너무 맛있는데 우리가 흔히 아는 팔도비빔면의 면과 스넥면의 중간느낌이랄까? 면과 스프의 궁합은 무난하다 부드러운 분유향이 풍기는 쫀득거리는 식감의 차슈다 차슈의 염도는 보통이며 너무 너무 맛있는 만족하는 차슈인데 스프와의 궁합도 훌륭하다 이런 돈코츠를 먹다보니 후쿠오카의 '라이라이(来来)' 불현듯 떠오른다 차슈를 유자와 함께 먹는데 환상적으로 바뀐다 수육에 가까운 고기가 유자와의 콜라보에서 이런 맛을 선사하다니? 라멘에서 좀처럼 접하기 힘든 맛인데 너무 잘 어울렸다 하카타 돈코츠에서는 베니쇼가를 라멘과 함께 즐기는데 이곳식당은 일반 갈은 생강을 사용한다 과연 어떤 효과를 가져올까? 갈은 생강의 양이 은근히 많다 생각을 스프에 잘 풀어 섞으니 생강향이 훅하니 풍기면서 스프가 전체적으로 시원해진다 베니쇼가의 궁합과는 틀린 처음 격어보는 조화로움인데 약간 생강차를 마시는듯한 느낌까지 묘하게 풍기는 스프다 스프를 잔뜩 머금은 밀기울도 별미고 토핑을 추가하면서 변화되는 부타소바를 잘 즐길 수 있었다 내 취향에는 생강을 섞기전의 느낌이 더 좋았으나 역시 색다른 맛을 즐기는 쪽이 즐겁다 식사를 마치고 식기를 다찌위로 올리면서 감사인사를 드리고 계산을 한다 내가 카메라로 연신 찍어대는것이 궁금했는지 대화를 걸어주신다 손님이 나뿐인 식당에서 라멘에 관한 여러 이야기들이 오간다 타베로그도 그렇고 어느 식당도 그렇겠지만 결과적으론 취향이라고 하시는 사장님 나도 그 말에 동의한다 기타카미의 라멘식당을 추천을 부탁드렸는데 눈여겨봐둔 미소라멘식당을 역시 추천해주시던데 결국 그 식당은 피곤해서 갈 수 없었다 영업을 시작한지 얼마 안되었지만 분명 개성있는 라멘으로 많은 사람들에게 어필될곳임에 틀림없다 돈코츠라멘의 해석은 어디까지일까? 맑은 돈코츠의 매력을 충분히 느끼고 숙소로 돌아간다 (블로그 포스팅의 글 일부를 발췌...자세한 포스팅은 네이버에서 'soulsungi' 검색해 들어오시면 보실 수 있다!!)
