k	kinji tomoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １０年使用のPC。直近の更新をインストールしたことが契機だと思えますがブルースクリーンが頻出し動作が不安定に。ネット情報を参考に自己補修を試みるも紆余曲折の結果ブラック画面に移行し、ウインドウズが開けなくなりジ・エンド。月１回のバックアップ設定のため、保存できていないデータがデスクトップに残っているため急遽、修理をお願いしました。年代物ですのでHDDの破損が原因かと思い、半ばデータ放棄を覚悟していたところ持参後わずか三日目で復旧したとの連絡を頂きました。電源しか入らない状態でどのように対応されたのかはわかりかねますが頗る快調な状態で返却していただきました。オーディオ機器に接続してクラッシックチャンネルを聞いておりますが、ノイズが激減しておりますのでプラッシーボではなく物理的に変化したことが理解できます。本質部分は症状を現認していないために改善のための作業は未着手である旨を承りましたがおそらくは再発はないと思われます。高い技術力に比べて作業料金は極めてリーズナブルなものでした。今後も何かにつけてよろしくお願いしたいと思います。 A PC that has been used for 10 years.
