出張で甲府に行くたびに必ず寄るところです。 信玄餅の土産はどこでも買えますが、冷蔵品である『信玄生プリン』は日保ちしない故に直営工場併設店でしか入手出来ないのです。 土産としても信玄生プリンが珍しいことと超絶美味しいことで、皆から大好評のため毎回買っています。 お店のスタッフから教えて頂いた情報だと、この生プリン購入の為に近県からワザワザお越しになるお客様もいらっしゃるそうです。 お近くに行く機会がある方は、是非ともお立ち寄り下さい。

You can buy souvenirs of Shingen mochi anywhere, but the refrigerated "Shingen raw pudding" can only be obtained at stores with directly managed factories because it does not keep the sun. As a souvenir, Shingen raw pudding is rare and super delicious, so I buy it every time because it is very popular with everyone. According to the information provided by the staff of the shop, some customers come from nearby prefectures to purchase this raw pudding. If you have a chance to go near you, please drop in.

話題の極み買いに長蛇の列に並びました。数に制限がある為、店員さんがわざわざ数えてくれてこの辺りまでは大丈夫だと教えてくれました。 又、後から並ぶ人達には御免なさいと気をきかせて店舗から駆けつけていました。 気遣いの良い印象が伺えました。
I lined up in a long line to buy the hottest items. Since the number is limited, the clerk took the trouble to count it and told me that it's okay up to this point. Also, I was rushing from the store, being careful to forgive the people who lined up later. I got a good impression of concern.

甲府駅からは徒歩で20分くらい。桔梗信玄餅極を入手したい方は、各日開店とほぼ同時くらいに行けば大丈夫なはず。駐車場は5台くらい停められる。入口入って、左の2階には展示スペース的なものもある。駐車場の回転は早いので、急ぎじゃなければ少し待てば停められるはず。
About 20 minutes on foot from Kofu Station. If you want to get Kikyo Shingen Mochigoku, it should be okay if you go almost at the same time as the store opens each day. About 5 cars can be parked in the parking lot. There is also an exhibition space on the second floor on the left after entering the entrance. The parking lot turns quickly, so if you're not in a hurry, you should be able to stop after a short wait.

桔梗屋青沼店の右側にあるカフェギャラリーではニューヨークで活躍されている甲府出身の芸術家佐藤正明さんの常設展が行われているので、デザートを食べながら佐藤さんの作品を見ることが出来ます。 桔梗屋信玄ソフト、美味しかったです。 鬼滅の刃とのコラボの信玄餅もあって、お子様がいる方にはいいかも。 かわいい保冷バックに入れてくれます。
At the cafe gallery on the right side of the Kikyouya Aonuma store, there is a permanent exhibition of Masaaki Sato, an artist from Kofu who is active in New York, so you can see Mr. Sato's work while eating dessert. Kikyouya Shingen Soft was delicious. There is also Shingen Mochi in collaboration with Kimetsu no Yaiba, which may be good for people with children. You can put it in a cute ice pack.

EDIT: went back when they had customers, about 5:20 on a Saturday. I was mistaken about their cafe space - there's a path off to the side, you have to walk past the small garden to get to it. Inside there's another register, bathroom, counter, and serveral tables. Even though the main store is open later the cafe closes around 5 so I thought I couldn't get anything. I went back into the store to ask if the cafe was closed and they told me it was but recommended another place I could go to get ice cream. I didn't want just ice cream, I wanted to try the shingen mochi soft cream creations they have! The employee actually went back to the cafe and said it was okay for me to get one! It was absolutely delicious!! Went an hour befor closing and no customers, which is fine by my standards. Plenty of clerks, seemed friendly but I couldn't figure out where the cafe was. They were restocking and seemed busy wrapping up for the day, which is understandable but makes me feel like I have to come to the shop at their convenience rather than them being of service to me. The second floor has a sort of Museum/display area and restrooms. The second floor is a shop with a small seating area (living/waiting room style) and the only indication of the cafe is a stand up placard. I guess I'll try to come back when they're busier because I did want to try the shingen mochi, maybe in ice cream or a parfait.
