D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place place to spend a few hours. Unlike most lakes and dams in Japan there is plenty of (usually free) parking around the perimeter. Some nice walking and cycling trails and although, as to be expected, the road is quite narrow, other cars we passed drove considerately. There is a new camping/outdoor goods shop near the main entrance which has a great choice of (slightly expensive) gear. Friendly staff and a (delicious smelling) take away attached overlooking the lake. Its large and we only got to see half the parks, but look forward to a second visit.
