この店は美味しいお店です。
普段はお好み焼き屋で肉玉そばを食べますが、
このお店では【肉玉うどん】を食べます。
麺を茹で上げて焼いてくれるので、
ふわっとした食感で食べられます。
記事も柔らか過ぎずパリパリに固め過ぎずで
ちょうどいい焼き加減です。
焼き方や味付けは好みによるところが大きいですが、個人的には好きな系統のお店です。
大将さんやスタッフさんの雰囲気は
少しクセがありますが、
それもこのお店の面白いなと思うところです。
また行きたいと思います。

食べるところを探していた時に見つけました。
ソースはヒガシマルソース、ミツワソースと書いてありました。
最初入った時はお好み焼きを焼いてくれる方はムスッとした感じだなぁと思いましたが帰る時は笑顔でお会計してくれました?
ボリュームもすごくてこれで600円はとてもお得ですね✨
麺はパリッと焼いてくれて、キャベツは粗め、もやしも入っています！
肉玉そばの肉が2枚だったので多少物足りなさがありますがこの値段なので仕方ないかな、と言う感じです。
総合的には大満足です！
PayPayと使えるので便利ですね〜！

特定日にお好み焼き(そば肉玉子)持帰り3枚以上の注文ならライン友達限定で一枚450円と破格で購入出来ます。
味も充分美味しく食べれますので、お勧めの店です。

In this case it was totally enough though~ The owner was friendly and there is also the menu written in english. You can enjoy okonomiyaki in "hiroshima-style"(soba, udon) or just order on without noodles. The prices are also resonable. If you are searching for a restaurant near the Nishi-Hiroshima station, than this one is a good option to try out~
